It's designed for creating interchangeable decorative face panels for wooden lanterns, and can also be used for other appropriate woodworking projects.

Remove the protective masking before using the template. It remains attached during shipping to help protect the acrylic from scratches.

What can I make?

Use the Acorn template to make decorative wooden jack-o'-lantern face panels for autumn and Thanksgiving displays. Wallace Workshop's YouTube tutorials demonstrate how to build the lantern body and create interchangeable seasonal faces. The template creates the decorative cutout only; the lantern body is built separately.

Each acrylic router template is made to order in our workshop. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and packaging before your order ships. Shipping transit time is additional.

Before ordering

Router table required: This template is designed for use with a router mounted securely in a router table, not a handheld router. Use a compatible 1/4-inch flush-trim router bit and follow appropriate router-table safety procedures.

The package contains only the physical acrylic template and complimentary printed tutorial information. Wood, completed wooden face panels, finished lanterns, lantern bodies, routers, router tables, and router bits are not included. Finished projects shown in photographs are examples.

Verify wood dimensions and router bit compatibility before starting. Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under $35. Eligible orders of $35 or more receive free shipping under the current store policy.
