Jack-O-Lantern Router Templates

Make and sell your own Jack-O-Lanterns without using a CNC or Laser Machine. With our Jack-O-Lantern router templates, you can make lanterns without the use of these expensive machines. Using these templates, we sold over 50 Cedar Fence Picket Jack-O-Lanterns last year to our local community.

Our templates are made from high-strength acrylic material or MDF for cost savings. They are laser cut to precise measurements to acuminate ¼” router bits. Each Jack-O-Lantern Router Template is cut to exact measurements for standard 5.5” cedar fence pickets. They are 8” tall, which makes centering the template on the picket quick and easy.

We suggest using a ¼” compression flush trim bit and double-sided solid tape for best results. We provide a list of suggested materials with each purchase and a video showing two ways of building our Cedar Fence Picket Jack-O-Lanterns.
